The paper introduced the theory of the standard score and its application in instructional supervision. As an example, the paper analyzed the difference between the standard score and original score in instructional supervision recording and its reason by using the actual instructional score, and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the standard score, put forwarded the recommendations on its application. |
