      目的 探讨混合式教学在医学院校留学生基础化学实验课中的教学效果。方法 将中国医科大学2015级临床医学专业国际留学生1班76名学生作为实验组,国际留学生班2班80名学生为对照组。实验组采用混合式教学,将PBL、微课等新教学方式、手段融于传统教学之中。对照组采用讲授加实验操作的传统教学模式。两组均采用考试考核,实验组进行问卷调查来评价教学效果。采用SPSS13.0分析数据,组间比较采用t检验。结果:实验组考核成绩平均分为(17.6±4.5),高于对照组的(16.0±4.8)分,t=4.42,p=0.00,差异具有统计学意义;调查问卷有效回收率为100%,实验组74名学生认为应该继续采用混合式教学,占实验组全部人数的97.4%。结论 在留学生基础化学实验课中,混合式教学能够提升学生综合能力,教学效果优于传统教学法,值得探索和推广。

      Objective This study discusses the effect of integrating method in the international students’ basic chemistry class of medical college. Methods The integrating method was composed of the new teaching methods, such as PBL and Micro-learning resources, and traditional method. It was used in the test group which was composed of 76 students from the international student class 1 of clinical medicine in 2015. The control group was composed by 80 students in class 2 from the same major and grade, which was using the traditional method of teaching and practicing. The examination was applied to evaluate the teaching efficiency in both two groups and the questionnaire was only applied in the test group. The data was entered into SPSS 13.0 for two independent samples t-test. Results In the exams the students in the test group got higher scores than that in the control group. The average scores were (17.6±4.5) and (16.0±4.8) respectively. t=4.42, p=0.00, the differences were statistically significant. The effective questionnaire recovery rate for the study group was 100%. There were 74 students in the test group, which accounted for 97.4%, hoping to continue the integrating method. Conclusion In the international students’ basic chemistry experimental class, the comprehensive ability of students can be improved by integrating method. The teaching efficiency by integrating method was better than that by traditional method, and this method was worth exploring and promotion.
