| 医学推免研究生在完成医学本科实习任务的前提下，有近一年的时间可以提前介入研究生角色。只要医学推免研究生、导师及学校三方共同努力，分析此阶段推免研究生面临的机遇与困难，制定切实可行的培养计划，提前让推免研究生渡过心理困惑期、转变学习方式、奠定科研基础及提高临床技能。这样就能在充分保证推免研究生实习任务完成的同时，充分利用自己的优势，提前接受研究生教育，享受研究生生活。这将有助于提高医学推免生素质及改善推免研究生的培养质量。 |

| There nearly have 1 year for the medical postgraduate exempted from admission examination to enjoy the postgraduate life, meanwhile to finish the clinical practice task as a medical undergraduate. If the feasible education plans can be produced and can be carried out，and the opportunities and difficulties faced by these special postgraduates can be realized by the medical postgraduate exempted from admission examination、supervisors and the university together, these measures will contribute these special postgraduates to pull through the psychological confusion period, to change study methods, to establish the foundation of the research and to improve the clinical working skill in advance. These measures will contribute them to utilize theirs advantage well to receive postgraduate education and to enjoy postgraduate life in advance, meanwhile not to affect the clinical practice task as a medical undergraduate. These measures will contribute to improve the ability of the medical postgraduate exempted from admission examination and the education quality. |
