      【摘要】本研究以成果导向教育为理论基础,结合“探究性”教学模式,构建医学微生物学实验教学体系,并进行教学体系评价,以探索培养新型高等中医药人才的教学模式。抽取中西医临床专业本科生随机分为实验组(32人)和对照组(40人)。实验组采用成果为导向“探究性”医学微生物学实验教学模式,调整教学目标,重整教学内容,改革考核方式,增设兴趣小组等;对照组采用传统教学模式。通过调查问卷、成绩分析、追踪调查等多种方法评价该教学模式的效果,表明新模式促进了学生的创新能力、论文写作能力、临床工作能力,改善了传统教学应用及探索能力培养不足的局限,为医学微生物学实验教学改革提供了新思路。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】In this study, a new medical microbiology experiment teaching system, which was based on outcome based education combined with inquiry-based learning model, was constructed and evaluated. A total of 72 undergraduate students in clinical Chinese and western integrative medicine were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (32 persons) and control group (40 persons). The experimental group received outcome based education combined with inquiry-based learning model, while the control group was educated with traditional methods. Experimental teaching goals, instructional content and assessment methods were adjusted in the new teaching system. The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire, performance and follow-up. It showed that the new model improved the students’ innovation ability, writing ability and clinical working ability. The new model promoted cultivation of application ability in medicine, and provided a new idea for the medical microbiology experiment teaching reform.
