| S由于检验分析自动化,医院等单位对检验人才需求减少,而高考扩招,毕业生就业压力越来越大。体外诊断行业发展前景好,对检验人才需求供不应求。以行业发展和就业需求为导向,我院设置了“体外诊断”特色拓展方向,医工结合,构建了相应的课程体系,校-企(院)协同,探索“特色方向导师制”人才培养模式,为大一新生开设了《医学检验导论》特色课程,指导学生专业方向选择和职业规划,探索培养医学检验技术专业本科医工结合的复合型应用人才。 |

| Due to the automation of inspection and analysis, hospitals and other units have
reduced the demand for inspection talents. Since the college entrance examination expands
enrollment, the employment pressure of graduates is increasing. The development prospects of
the in vitro diagnostic industry is good, and its demand for inspection talents is in short supply.
Guided by the development of the industry and the demand for employment, our school has set
up the development direction of “in vitro diagnosis”, combination of medical and engineering,
and establish a corresponding curriculum system. The school-enterprise (institution) collaborates
to explore the talent training mode of “special direction tutor system”. Freshmen have opened a
special course of "Introduction to Medical Examination" to guide students' direction selection
and career planning, and to explore the cultivation of medical and engineering compound applied
talents of medical laboratory undergraduates. |
