      目的:探讨任务驱动教学法在全科医学专业康复医学见习中的应用及影响。方法:选取重庆医科大学第五临床学院全科医学专业同年级256名学生作为研究对象,将其按分班情况分为两组,即实施传统教学法为对照组(n=128),实施任务驱动教学法的为实验组(n=128),统计实验组学生对课程设定的评价,并比较两组的教学效果。结果:实验组88%以上学生对设定的任务认同满意度较高。实验组学生的自学能力和独立思考能力均高于对照组(P<0.05);在解决问题、表达能力、与人合作、现代信息利用及思维创造方面,实验组学生能力明显高于对照组(P<0.001),实验组学生学习积极性较对照组明显提高(P<0.001)。结论:在康复医学见习教学中,学生对任务驱动教学法的满意度较高,且任务驱动教学法可提高全科医学专业学生的学习效果,加深对康复医学的认识,培养康复思维,为未来基层医院工作奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the application and influence of task-driven teaching method in the internship of rehabilitation medicine among general practice medicine students. Method: Totally 256 junior students from the fifth clinical college of Chongqing Medical University were included in this study. 128 students were selected as the experimental group for task-driven teaching method, and another 128 students were selected as the control group for traditional teaching method. The evaluation of course setting of the experimental group was analyzed, and the learning effects were compared between the groups. Results: In the experimental group, more than 88% students were fairly satisfied with task-setting. The ability of self-study and independent thinking of the experimental groups was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). In the aspect of problem solving, expression, cooperation, modern information utilization and creative thinking, the ability of the experimental group students was obviously higher than those of control group (P < 0.001), and learning motivation was significantly increased in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion: In the internship of rehabilitation medicine, task-driven teaching method was highly accepted among students and received fair satisfaction. The task-driven teaching method can improve the learning effect of students majoring in general medicine, promote the understanding of rehabilitation medicine and cultivate rehabilitation mind, which lays the foundation of primary hospital work to for the future.
