      目的 探讨大学生创新创业训练计划项目在医学本科生科研素质培养中的作用。方法 随机抽取临床医学专业122位学生,其中对照组62人采用传统授课,实验组60人在传统授课基础上增加“大创项目”训练,在学期结束后就学生科研方法、学习效果、科研综合能力提升情况进行问卷调查和课程及实验考核评价。采用SPSS 17.0软件行卡方检验和Mann-Whitney U秩和检验。结果 实验组学生在文献阅读、方案设计、实验记录和数据分析、发现问题能力、自学能力、团队合作和建立临床思维能力上均显著优于对照组,其专业课实验报告检测成绩也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 以“大创项目”为契机,开展科研创新思维、能力训练和实践,能够促进医学本科生科研素养提高。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the role of "innovation and entrepreneurship training program" in cultivating scientific research ability of medical undergraduates. Methods A total of 122 students majored in clinical medicine were randomly selected; 62 of them in the control group were given traditional teaching, and 60 of them in the experimental group were given "innovation and entrepreneurship training program" on the basis of traditional teaching. At the end of the semester, questionnaire survey and final course assessment were conducted on students' scientific research ability, learning effect and comprehensive scientific research ability. SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the data. Chi-square test (α=0.05) was used for counting, and Mann-Whitney U rank test was used for ranking data. Results Literature reading, scheme design, experiment recording, data analysis, problem finding, self-study ability, teamwork cooperation and clinical thinking ability of students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group; score of experimental report in the experimental group was also significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking "innovation and entrepreneurship training program" as an opportunity to carry out training and practice of innovative thinking and ability in scientific research can improve the scientific research ability of medical undergraduates.
