      目的 对2016至2018年广东省住院医师规范化培训学生结业考核结果进行分析,探讨考核结果差异及影响因素。方法 收集整理三年来住院规范化培训结业考核成绩,其中参加理论考核共9 175人,参加临床综合技能考核共8 949人。分析理论试卷的难度及区分度,利用t检验、F检验和逐步线性回归,分析成绩差异及其影响因素。结果 2016至2018年试卷难度较高,区分度不太好。不同性别、学历、年份和来源之间的理论和技能成绩的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同医院类别之间的理论成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医院类别、学历和来源是影响理论成绩的主要因素,学历和来源是影响技能成绩的主要因素。结论 继续加强规培基地建设,规范结业考核标准,促进规培制度的完善与发展。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the assessment results of the students who completed the standardized resident training in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2018, and to explore the differences in the assessment results and the influencing factors. Methods The final examination results of standardized training in hospital in the past three years were collected and sorted out, including those of 9175 participants in theoretical examination and 8949 participants in clinical comprehensive skills assessment. The difficulty and discrimination of theoretical tests were analyzed. T test, F test and stepwise linear regression were used to analyze the difference of achievement and its influencing factors. Results During the period of 2016 to 2018, the difficulty level of the tests was high, and the discrimination degree was not very good. Besides, there were statistically significant differences in theoretical and skill scores among different gender, academic background, year and source (P<0.05), and there was significant difference in theoretical scores among different hospital categories (P<0.05). Hospital category, academic background and source were the main factors that affected the theoretical achievement, and the academic background and source were the main factors affecting the skill achievement. Conclusion We should continue to strengthen the construction of training base, standardize the completion assessment, and promote the development of regulation system.
