      目的 分析重庆市农村订单定向免费医学生各年级的职业素质现状特点,以便在教学过程中开展针对性的指导。方法 2016年12月至2017年1月,以重庆医科大学2012级至2016级共805名农村订单定向免费医学生为调查对象。采用自制调查问卷的形式,等级资料以率表示,调查数据使用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计,并通过Spearman秩和相关检验进行数据分析。结果 本次调查有效回收问卷780份,回收率为96.9%。各年级间学生的思想道德素质、临床实践技能及创新能力的多数项目调查结果存在差异;而学生的理论学习素质及身体心理素质的多数项目调查结果差异不大。结论 深入分析目前各年级订单定向免费医学生的职业素质现状,需采取有针对性的措施,做好学生的职业素质教育的引导工作。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the present situation of professional quality in free medical oriented students of different grades so as to carry out targeted education and guidance. Methods The questionnaire survey was carried out among the 805 Grade 2012 to Grade 2016 students in Chongqing Medical University from December 2016 to January 2017. Grade data were expressed as rate and Spearman's rank correlation was performed using SPSS 17.0 for data analysis. Results A total of 780 questionnaires were effectively collected in this survey with a recovery rate of 96.9%. Statistically significant differences were found in most items such as the students' ideological and moral quality, clinical practice skills and innovation ability (P<0.05); no significant differences were observed in the students' theoretical learning quality as well as physical and mental quality (P>0.05). Conclusion We demonstrate that it’s necessary to take targeted measures for better guidance of students' professional quality through deeply analyzing the present situation of professional quality in different grade free medical oriented students
