Based on the in-depth analysis of the status quo of the curriculum system for standardized residency training, this paper introduces a hybrid curriculum system for standardized residency training in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, which is guided by the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) and based on three outcome objectives of "task, attitude and occupational characteristics". The paper also analyzes the construction process of the curriculum system from five aspects: outcome design, curriculum design, curriculum implementation, results record and outcomes evaluation, which is of great reference value for further improving the objectives, contents, models and methods of standardized residency training. |
