      目的 探讨基于技能模块导师负责制在住院医师规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法 通过遴选、聘用的技能模块导师负责对湖南省儿童医院2016级45名儿科住院医师进行培训,并对其前后的专业理论知识、技能操作能力、综合能力进行比较分析;另外通过问卷星的调查方式让住院医师对技能导师进行教学反馈,对儿科基地2017年、2018年、2019年结业技能考试通过率进行分析比较。应用SPSS 17.0行t检验和卡方检验。结果 技能模块导师负责制培训后住院医师专业理论知识[(86.45±7.59)分]、技能操作成绩[(89.78±6.04)分]以及综合能力[(84.09±8.43)分]均高于培训前(P<0.05)。2019年首次住院医师规范化培训结业技能考试通过率为93.33%,明显高于2017年的57.14%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(?字2=28.45,P<0.01);与2018年80.00%比较差异也有统计学意义(?字2=6.365,P<0.05)。结论 技能模块导师负责制培训方法,不仅有助于迅速提高住院医师的专业技能,提高其住院医师岗位胜任力,也有助于师资成长及综合素质的提高,值得住院医师规范化培训的推广应用。

      Objective To explore the application and effect of the teaching of standardized residency training based on the skill module tutorial system. Methods Through the selection and employment of skill module tutorial system, 45 pediatric residents of batch 2016 in Hunan Children's Hospital were trained from such aspects of their professional theoretical knowledge, the skill operation ability and comprehensive ability were compared and analyzed. In addition, through the questionnaire survey, the training residents gave feedback to the skill mentors, and the passing rates of graduation skills examination in 2017, 2018 and 2019 of Pediatric residents in our hospital were analyzed and compared. T test and chi-square test were performed by SPSS 17.0. Results After the training of the skill module tutorial system, the professional theoretical knowledge score (86.45±7.59), skill operation score (89.78±6.04) and comprehensive ability score (84.09±8.43) were significantly higher than those before the training (P<0.05). The passing rate of the first graduation skills examination in 2019 was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 57.14% in 2017, with a significant difference between the two groups ( ?字2=28.45, P<0.01), compared with the rate of 2018(80.00%), which also had a statistical difference ( ?字2=6.365, P<0.05). Conclusion The training method of skill module tutorial system is not only helpful to rapidly improve the professional skills and post competency for the residents, but also benefit for training of teachers and improvement of their comprehensive quality, which is worth popularizing and applying.
