| 调整和完善我国血管疾病相关学科的设置是社会发展和学科自身发展的需要。我国血管系统疾病发病率日益增加，心、脑、外周等血管疾病相关学科设置呈割裂状态，以及高素质血管病学人才培养体制滞后，迫切需要增设血管病学为二级学科。上海市血管系统疾病临床医学中心通过对血管病学学科建制的系统发展，为增设血管病学为二级学科提供可行性学术环境和人才培养条件。 |

| Readjusting and improving the related discipline of vascology is the requirement for the modern social development and development of discipline. The grim reality of the increasing inci-dence of vascular diseases in China， the separate discipline setting of cardiovascular， cerebrovascular and peripheral vascular disease and the hysteresis of high-quality personnel training system related to vascology， encouraged us to establish vascology as subordinate discipline urgently. Through the devel-opment of the organizational discipline， Shanghai Clinical Center of Vascular Systemic Disease provid-ed the feasibility of academic environment and talent cultivation conditions for establishing vascology as subordinate subjects. |
