      【目的】探讨翻转课堂教学模式下以工作过程为导向的教学模式在高职中药专业实用中成药教学中的应用效果。【方法】抽取2012级高职中药专业两个班分成2组,实验组应用翻转课堂结合工作过程教学模式,对照组应用传统教学模式,通过问卷调查比较实验组学生在自主学习能力、解决问题能力方面的差异;将两组学生岗位适应能力进行比较;将学生对翻转课堂结合工作过程教学模式的效果评价进行分析。【结果】实验组学生自主学习能力教学后显著高于教学前(P<0.01),而解决问题能力教学前后并无统计学意义(P>0.0 5)。实验组学生的岗位适应能力显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。大多数学生喜欢此教学模式,此种教学模式有利于提高学习兴趣,促进理论联系实际,有利于知识应用,能提高岗位适应能力和沟通表达能力等综合能力。【结论】翻转课堂结合工作过程教学模式提高了教学质量。
英文摘要:
      Purpose:Investigate the practical application effect of the work process oriented teaching model that based on Flipped Classroom in the teaching of higher vocational Chinese medicines.Method:Select 2012 grade higher vocational Chinese traditional medicine students form two classes, and set them into 2 groups. The experimental group is applied with the Flipped Classroom, combined with the teaching mode of working process and the comparison group is applied with the traditional teaching mode..Compare the differences among the experimental group students in the independent learning ability and problem solving ability; compare the differnces between two groups in the adaptability to work;analyze the effect evaluation of students in Flipped Classroom combined with working process teaching mode. Results:The independent learning ability of the experimental group is better than those of previous ones(P<0.01). the problem-solving capability is not statistical significance before and after the course(P>0.05). For the adaptability to work, the students in the experimental group is better than those in comparison group (P<0.01).Most of students like this teaching model which improves the learning interest,theory with practice, knowledge application,communication skills and post adaptability of students. Conclusion:Teaching mode of Flipped Classroom combined with working process helps to improve teaching quality.
