      目的:探讨导航辅助神经外科手术系统在医学本科临床实习中的教学效果。 方法:选择2015年5月4日至2015年6月3日在西安交通大学第二附属医院神经外科实习的五年制临床医学本科学生共51 人为研究对象,随机分为实验组(采用导航辅助外科手术系统教学)25人和对照组(采用传统教学)26人。实习结束后,通过问卷调查、出科考试等方式评价两种教学方法效果。采用SPSS 20.0软件对数据资料进行统计分析,计数资料组间比较采用χ2检验,计量资料用(x±s)表示,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:教学结束后实验组、对照组学生理论成绩分别为(83.05±6.03)分和(74.32±7.12)分,t值为4.96,P值为0.005;临床技能成绩分别为(89.43±5.12)分和(81.11±8.02)分,t值为2.91,P值为0.029。学生问卷调查显示实验组采用的导航神经外科手术系统进行教学比对照组的传统教学方式更受欢迎。结论:采用导航神经外科手术系统进行教学与传统教学相比具有明显的优势,其提高了学生学习神经外科专业的积极性,明显激发了学习兴趣,同时提高了考试成绩并取得良好的教学效果。

      To explore the effect of navigation assisted surgery system in the medical teaching in the Department of neurosurgery. Method:From May 4, 2015 to June 3, 2015, 51 medical undergraduates of clinical medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into experience group(Navigation assisted surgical technique system teaching, n=25)and traditional group(Traditional teaching, n=26).Practical effect of the different modes was evaluated by questionnaire and examination results.Data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0. Enumeration data were compared between groups using χ2 test and measurement data were manifested x±s with P<0.05 signifying significant difference.Result: After the teaching, the theoretical results of the experimental group and the control group were (83.05 ± 6.03) and (74.32 ± 7.12), the t value was 4.96, and the P value was 0.005. Clinical skills scores were (89.43 ± 5.12) and (81.11 ± 8.02), t value was 2.91, P value was 0.029. The questionnaire shows that students prefer the teaching methods of the experimental group. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional teaching, the Navigation assisted Department of neurosurgery operation has obvious advantages.It can make students more active to participate and obviously inspiring their learning interest, improving the test results, and achieved good teaching results.
