      【摘要】叙事医学是医学人文的新形式,适用于《本科医学教育标准—临床医学专业( 试行)》。通过剖析叙事医学的提出和发展、基础和核心、程式和方法、形式和价值这四个方面的内容,加深对于叙事医学的理解;通过以下四条途径:强化医学人文素质教育思想和观念的更新;促进医学人文素质教育教学方式方法的多样化;增强医学生早期接触临床的效果;开辟叙事医学与循证医学整合的路径;分析叙事医学对我国医学人文素质教育的启示。
英文摘要:
      Narrative medicine is a new form of medical humanities, applying to "Undergraduate Medical Education Standards - Clinical Medicine (Trial)". By analyzing the four contents relating with the proposal and development of narrative medicine, foundation and core of narrative medicine, programs and methods of narrative medicine, forms and values of narrative medicine, the author enlarged the understanding of narrative medicine. Through the four pathways including strengthening the change of ideas and concepts on medical humanities quality education, promoting the diversification of medical humanistic quality education teaching ways and methods, enhancing the effect of early exposure to clinical with medical students, opening the path of integration narrative medicine and evidence-based medicine, the author analyzed narrative medical enlightenment on medical humanities quality education in China.
