| 目的 了解“互联网 ”时代医学研究生廉洁教育现况。 方法 应用研究生廉洁教育调查问卷,分析医学研究生廉洁认知、自律、教育等情况。采用EPIData3.0软件进行双录入并建立数据库,应用SPSS19.0软件进行数据统计分析。 结果 82.3%的医学研究生对党风廉政建设方面的工作成效表示认同,但对相关内容的关注度仍不足。绝大多数研究生(86.6%)对不廉洁的态度是端正的,但仍存在一定比例的不廉洁行为,主要集中在与切身利益密切相关的事件上。医学研究生接受廉洁教育的普及率和有效率还有待提高。互联网 时代,医学研究生的大部分廉洁信息来源于网络,并且更乐于通过网络新媒体接受廉洁教育信息。结论 互联网时代医学研究生廉洁教育面临着新的问题和挑战,应进一步提高对医学研究生廉洁教育的重视度,与时俱进、改变观念,充分利用网络,同时与现实环境相结合,在高校内建立层级廉洁教育体系,从管理层、辅导员/班主任、导师三个层面全环境开展廉洁教育工作。 |

| Objective To understand the status of medical post graduates’honesty education in the “Internet ” era. Methods Analyse the clean cognition,self-discipline,education of medical postgraduates by questionnaire. Use EPIData3.0 software for double entry and database establishment,SPSS19.0 software for statistical treatment.Results 82.3% postgraduates agree with the effectiveness of clean government, but the relevant content of attention is still insufficient.Most postgraduates(86.6%) are correct to honest attitude, but there is still a certain percentage of non honest behavior, mainly concentrated in the events closely related to the vital interests.The rate of popularity and efficiency for medical postgraduates to accept honesty education remain to be improved.Medial postgraduates get the most honesty information from internet,and are more willing to accept the honesty education information through new media network.Conclusions In the internet era,medical postgraduates’honesty education is facing new problems and challenges.The educators should pay more attention to medical postgraduates’honesty education,advance with the times,change the concept,make full use of the network, combine with the actual environment, establish a hierarchy of honesty education system,carry out honesty education through total environment which contains the schoolSadministrators,instructors/head teachers and rutors. |
